Join Wolf River Development Company and select partners virtually or in-person on Tuesday, December 9th from 5:00-7:00 PM. During the Dream Catcher Housing Initiative Mortgage Meet & Greet, you’ll have the opportunity to:

1. Learn about The Pine Meadows Project and the three new-construction homes available for purchase now.

2. Understand all of the steps you need to take to apply to purchase a DCHI home and leave with a clear idea of what’s next.

3. Meet with representatives from select lenders and ask any mortgage-related questions you may have.

4. Register for an optional homeownership readiness class free-of-cost.

5. Enjoy light snacks and soft drinks (if you attend in-person at WRDC!)

6. Be in community with other members of our tribe who share in our vision of more pathways to homeownership on the Menominee Nation.
